Waterway Punggol: SINGAPORE Punggol Waterway known as the “Venice of Singapore, was awarded the Grand Prize of Excellence and Environmental Engineering in the category of environmental sustainability.
The award was presented by The Straits Times, Friday (27/04/2012) conducted by the prestigious American Academy of Environmental Engineers (AAEE), held in Washington DC on April 26, 2012.
This is the first international award waterways within five months of its launch.
Punggol Waterway is the work of designers from Singapore, is the longest waterway located on the edge of Singapore’s North East.
