13-year-old 162 IQ: 162 IQ GirlĀ test score makes her Genius than Einstein. A teenager from south-west London scored so high in a Mensa IQ test for people under the age of 18 that she has been identified as one of the UK’s brightest people.

Her 162 IQ was confirmed by the organization MENSA in an IQ test. Even those at MENSA, which is an international association of super-intelligent people, were surprised by the result. Because an average student under 18 usually receives a score of 100.

Neha was born in India and since childhood has excelled in school. At 7-years-old she traveled with her family to Britain and this is where her parents started to realize she was not like other kids. During an entrance exam to a girls’ school, she received a perfect score of 280/280.

The 13-year-old’s parents support her and they are proud that she is interested in studying more. During a family vacation, Neha asked her parents if she could go to a three-week camp in order to learn about the brain and nervous system of the body.

Neha plans to study at Harvard University in pursuit of a medical career. A 13-year-old with an IQ of 162 is definitely something to marvel at.

Not only is the 13-year-old a genius, she’s also humble. BBC covered the story of this 13-year-old with such a high IQ, and during the interview Neha told the BBC:

When I found out I got such a high score it was so amazing and unexpected. Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, they’ve achieved so much. It’s not right to compare me to them just because of my IQ. If I don’t put in my effort and make use of my IQ then there’s no point in having it.

Whilst she favours activities such as chess and reading, her mother explained that she still makes time for normal activities such as TV, swimming and playtime with her friends.

The youngster now has high hopes of studying neurology at the prestigious Harvard University.
