Justin Bieber To Be Prosecuted? Country Sheriff’s Department of Los Angeles is reportedly going to recommend that the star prosecution and now it seems the teen pop sensation could be in more trouble than expected.
Earlier this week it emerged that a complaint was made to police after Justin Bieber allegedly threatened to kill his neighbor and spat in his face during an altercation.
According to TMZ, the singer could face criminal charges after investigators battery refer the case to the District Attorney for review.
Last Justin Tuesday allegedly became aggressive towards one of his neighbors when he was asked to tone down their driving erratically because he was disturbing the residents.
The gossip website U.S. reported that 47-year-old resident, who is the father of three children, filed a complaint with the authorities.
And instead of letting it go, it seems that the Sheriff’s Office is looking to take the case, as it comes from the back of a series of other incidents, including speeding tickets, fighting and reckless driving.
Law enforcement sources have told the website that no recommendation has not been made because the investigation is ongoing, but that the young star has shown contempt for the law appellant.
During the incident last week, it was reported that Justin neighbor told: You can not drive like this “resulting Justin profanity respond.
Apparently, he said: “Get the f ** k out of here.’m Af ** king kill you, ‘while projecting spit in his face.
The alleged confrontation took place after Ferrari Justin had come to her home on a truck around 8 in the gated community.
He claims that the star was buzzing around about 100 mph, while other people also admit that his speed was excessive.
While sources connected to Justin’s security team say that there was physical contact between the singer and the victim, the neighbor has reported battery and apparently wants the teen processing without backtracking.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff visited the singer’s mansion to investigate the complaint.
The argument was described as “intense”, and began as a neighbor allegedly complained that while Justin was out on tour in Europe there were people in the house with loud parties.
TMZ reported: “The neighbor was angry about the noise.”
Justin has been known for his generosity to their environment, often paying their expensive cars friends.
Security related sources have claimed that Justin was the neighbor who was the aggressor as he came into the ownership of Justin and started screaming. Our sources tell us that Justin told the man to get off his property, but they insist Justin had no physical contact with the man, TMZ reports.
The singer took home security and escorted off the property neighbor. The latter alleged assault reportedly occurred because of its extensive $ 6.5 million mansion, part of one of the most exclusive gated estates American oaks.
