Arkansas Tornado 27 Killed: Last Sunday the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma , Mississippi, Alabama and Iowa in the United States hit by the Tornado waves and almost 27 people killed, as reported by the American television network CBS.
The system tornado caused at least fifteen dead in the center and south, while two people have died in the states of Iowa and Oklahoma.
The governor of Mississippi , Phil Bryant, has confirmed the death of seven people, although rescue services still working to confirm the death toll.
The Fire Department has been reported that they are looking for three people who remain unaccounted for.
The National Weather Service has warned of the possibility of more tornadoes occur at night in the state of Alabama, where thousands of people were left without electricity supply and were held in basements and shelters.
The storm also caused significant damage in several states , knocking down homes and damaging several highways and other infrastructure.
The state of Kentucky has also suffered cuts in the electricity supply , as has happened in Mississippi , although there have been no Tronados in the latter state and the problems have been due to heavy storms .
