Google Doodle Celia Cruz Stars in More ‘Salsa’: Google has celebrated what would be 88 birthday of the Singer Celia Cruz dedicating her most Latin ‘doodle’ on Monday.
For this purpose the Internet giant has remodeled its logo of the browser in which the Queen of Salsa appears occupying the position of the second letter “G” with its feathers features.
Ursula Hilaria Celia Caridad Cruz Alfonso or better known by her stage name, Celia Cruz, born on October 21, 1925 in Havana. The singer started from very small to engage in the world of music, but was with the orquesta Sonora Matancera which was consolidated as an artist and with that came to register up to 188 subjects.
Later, Celia Cruz continued her musical career outside of Cuba and, in particular, in the United States, where years later nationalized.
