“Ashley became an overnight sensation in the six months that was part of the Pussycat Dolls.

“But as his career skyrocketed, Pat went from bad to worse. He is a great salesman, but his expenses exceeded his income.

“He was forced to declare bankruptcy, it really hit the family hard. Really has been a tough year for everyone.”

Local criminal records list more than 30 charges, including two separate cases of indecent exposure after they were fired.

He has spent time in the county jail and his record has been published on the websites of local criminals.

Jayce has also accumulated arrests for rape and possession of marijuana in Los Angeles, home to Ashley, indecent exposure and gambling mecca Las Vegas.

The brothers were growing closer but since she joined the Pussycat Dolls in 2005 with current X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger – and hit the big time success with his song Cha No – she has never spoken about it in interviews.
