Jollibee Opening In Singapore: Jollibee fast-food born by Filipino has expanded operations again with the opening of its first branch in Singapore.

Home grown food giant Jollibee launched its first store in Lucky Plaza Singapore, who gathered by Filipinos working or living in Singapore.

The Singapore branch is the latest addition to the growing overseas market Jollibee, which includes the United States, Hong Kong, Brunei and other Pinoy-rich countries.

“Jollibee is part of every Filipino’s childhood. ‘Be good and we’ll go to Jollibee. Study hard and we’ll eat Chickenjoy.’ That’s what every Filipino mum will tell her kids,” said Mr Ian Kristoffer, another early bird at the store.

“When I told my two sons who have a Jollibee outlet in Singapore, I was asked to be there,” Vasquez was quoted Sherlina based in Singapore Makansutra food website as saying.

Vasquez, a Filipina living in Singapore for seven years, said his family was a patron of Jollibee stores in the Philippines.

The fast food giant has about 780 stores in the Philippines, with the purchase of companies in other fast food brands.
